Membership Hold or Cancellation

    1. If you need to put your membership on hold we require 7 days notice. We cannot back date membership holds.

    2. Please allow 14 days for memberships to be cancelled.

    3. To attend any training sessions you have paid for, including unused sessions, you are required to have an active CrossFit Levitate membership. This means your membership can not be on hold, suspended, or cancelled.
