Suitable for any level of fitness, our Coaches work closely with you each class to tailor the workout to your ability.
These 60-minute class incorporates cardiovascular, body-weight, Olympic Weightlifting, and/or gymnastic training. Each workout and exercise can be scale up or down to any level – from walking to running, broomsticks to barbells, or push-ups to handstands.
With your coach’s guidance, you’ll have the chance to push yourself and put your new skills to the test.
Regardless of whether you are an aspiring athlete hoping to compete one day or someone that wants to develop strength with the best technique and build muscle tone to support real world living, the Levitate Barbell Club is the place for you to be.
Our Club has a dedicated training area and equipment focused on the development of the Olympic Lifts, the snatch and clean and jerk, as well as supplemental lifts like the squats, presses, pulls etc.
The Levitate Barbell Club is open to members and non-members of CrossFit Levitate and is proudly affiliated with Weightlifting Tasmania Inc.
